Bookkeeping

Apart from the fact that a company shall do bookkeeping under the Accounting Act, the company shall submit the correct tax payment in line with the categories of incomes and expenses. Ignorance of law can not be the allegation of failure to comply therewith or of exemption from penalty/surcharge of offences under the Revenue Code.

Although the account entry shall be in accordance with the accounting standards provided, the accounting adjustment according to the Revenue Code or called the tax accounting is also important. Namely, in the case where the bookkeeping is in line with the accounting principles but such principles are contrary to the acceptance given by the Revenue Entity, the bookkeepers shall adjust the incorrect balance pursuant to the Revenue Code. Afterwards, the accounts shall be entered in the tax payment form later.

Change, addition, and amendment of various provisions occur every time; as a result, the bookkeepers are not only the persons who make accounting entry, but they shall also continue seeking new knowledge to prevent errors and loss of opportunities in tax right.

One of the essential options of the entity is to use services rendered by the accounting firms which comprise bookkeeping experts with tax expertise and points of law under the Revenue Code. These shall make the entities securely and sustainably grow without any anxiety.
